TORONTO, Ontario, Canada -- September 1, 2005 -- Point Clark Networks Limited (PCNL), a leading provider of software and server solutions for Internet-enabled devices, announced today an agreement with Strategic Vista International ("SVII") [TSX: SVI], a leading video security solutions provider. Strategic Vista has chosen Point Clark Networks' Dynamic DNS service for the launch of a new product-line of Internet-enabled Web cameras. The service allows end-users to simply, but securely, log in to SVII branded web portals and view real-time streaming video captured by one or more cameras from anywhere in the world.

The agreement also includes a provision to offer similar service to a wide range of products, including USB and IP network video devices.
